Gary Morrissett C.E.M.

Mr. Morrissett is the Utilities and Energy Management Supervisor and Installation Energy Manager for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in 29 Palms for over 20 years. He is a certified Energy Manager and developed and executed over $200M in projects using multiple contracts, installed 250+ building controls, chilled water plant installations and upgrades (10,000 tons), 54 PV systems (9.6MW), and two Cogeneration plants (16.4MW). He was acting EE for six years and is responsible for grid operations, and power management. He oversees interconnections, billing issues, and coordination with the Utilities companies. He just completed a major 24 MW Direct Transition, and Manual Initiated Microgrid project to supply and manage base wide power and is adding a 10 MW four hour battery system to the grid infrastructure.
