Aric Saunders is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specializing in energy storage solutions for residential, commercial and utility applications. He has a proven track record of launching and scaling businesses, developing go-to-market strategies, and fostering strategic partnerships across the industry.

Aric leads Noon Energy’s go-to-market strategy, business development, analytics, and partnerships, playing a key role in driving the adoption of Noon’s multi-day energy storage solutions. He focuses on scaling the company’s innovative technologies to meet the demands of a growing energy storage market. 

Previously, Aric was the EVP of North America for Energizer Solar, Aric led the company’s market expansion, supplier relationships, and product roadmap development, successfully establishing a robust pipeline. He was also the Founder and CEO of Mana Energy, an innovative energy startup focused on developing hardware and software solutions tailored for LMI communities, renters, and multifamily housing.

Previously, Aric was a key executive at Electriq Power, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s IPO and secured partnerships with a multinational power generation companies. He has also founded and led multiple renewable energy companies, contributing to advancements in product development, financing, and market strategy.

Aric holds a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder. He actively advises energy companies on strategy, business development, and product innovation, leveraging his extensive industry network and deep expertise in distributed energy solutions.
