Aron Bowman majored in manufacturing engineering at Bradley University. As president of ELM MicroGrid and ELM Solar, he is responsible for overseeing budgets, staffing, and evaluating the success of the company by developing short- and long-term goals.
Aron has been with ELM for over 10 years, serving in multiple capacities. He was previously a portfolio management leader with Dell, responsible for a team in the engineering services outsourcing group. These industries include aerospace and defense, embedded electronics, energy, transportation, and rail. Prior to his time with Dell, Aron served in multiple roles with eServe, a Perot Systems company, for over 12 years.
In recognition of his leadership and contributions to renewable energy, Aron was honored with the 2024 D CEO Energy Award for Excellence in Renewables and Sustainability.
